OK having shoulder surgery tomorrow Having my biceps tendon released and relocated lowe on my arm by drilling a hole through the bone and a set screw.
I'll let you guys know how it went when I can type again.

good luck to ya man, when i saw this post i thought you were going to have surgery on your rotator cuff, but that sounds a whole lot worse than my surgery on my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff, hopefully rehab won't be a bitch for you

well surgery went well...i am in some pain but the doc gave me vicodin 
it takes a while to type as i can only type with my left hand
well hopefully in a few days i shouldn't be in much pain at all....but hey...free paid vacation from work right

yea i just started on it, i had to make my own spring tool to change them out though. let me know when you want the other back. he had the lost his wheel lock key so i couldn't take off the wheels to remove the rack.
