I can do it for 100. Thats what an additional license costs on EFILive.

Yea i have been to the brainerd track also, it would be fun to make it down there once this year, any big events u guys know about?

Heck fargo from north part of cities should be less than 3 hrs, not even 240 miles.

Anyone thinking of making it to that race weekend the aug 12 and 13?
or brainerd sometime?
Should be at brainerd for NHRA nationals - have family up there too, so it's more than likely set in stone.

All I know is I hit the rev limiter in third shifted to od then boom, it wiped out the side of my box, ripped a hole in the floor of the box, and broke all the wires for the tail light. I got the video loaded into my computer.

Well my clutch is shot now, any one know of a good shop to put one in? How much would a place usually charge to have it done? Or if anyone would want to help me put it in that would be cool too. Just need to save some money now to get one...

how did you smoke your clutch? just finally wore out or did you try to do a break stand and glazed it?

as far as a shop for replacement, i'm not sure who could do it in benson. most of the shops there just do the typical tire and oil stuff.

Well it was a little bit of both acually. But 115k on the stock clutch, it has lived its life.

Yeah i wasn't really plannin on any of the shops in town to do it. Most of them are cheap and don't do that great of work or take too long. You ever come through Benson much? I was thinking some performance shop in the cities would be better or anyplace that knows about fbodys, hightech crossed my mind, but i'm not sure if they do clutch installs or not.

my wife grew up in danvers and her father is a deputy sherrif for swift county.
i grew up by kerkhoven, so its familiar stomping grounds.

i don't think you have to drive all the way to the cities to some performance shop, just find a reputable one around willmar or st. cloud.

Ah, your father-in-law is a sherrif eh? Probably was talking to him last night then It wasn't for anything i did, i was riding with my friend and he got in some trouble. What is his name?

Yeah, i will probably start calling some places around a little closer to the cities. I just want to make sure they have a little fbody experience rather than having mine be the guinea pig.

his name is Larry, really nice guy, get him talking about hunting an he would probably forget why he pulled you over.

you have to watch out around benson there are a few cops around there that live for busting people for anything.

I think im finally going to pick up an camaro next week. found an 98 z-28 A4 with 50,000 miles on it for $8k. now i can really be part of the cool broke guys club.

Yeah, i know Larry, he is pretty nice. And yes the cops around here have nothing to do so they pull people over for nothing. I got pulled over last week for "goosing it pretty hard back there" i may have gave it 1/4 throttle but i didn't come close to breakin the tires loose or even go over 25 mph.

That Camaro sounds like an awesome deal. Especially for such low miles, and in the midwest thats hard to beat. I paid 7,500 for mine with 110k on it, but i wanted a M6 which are even harder to come by up here.
