I'm looking to change my spot on this list. My motor is starting to go back together this weekend. I'll be hoping for low 10's.

For me US41 always seems to be better times and track prep.

If you're really daring, you could hit up these 1/8 mile tracks....

Indiana:
http://www.bunkerhillrace.com/
http://www.browncountydragway.com/

Kentucky:
http://www.ohiovalleydragway.com/info.html
http://www.beechbend.com/Dragstrip.htm

I've spent some of my younger days at each of those tracks. I spent a lot of my childhood at Bunker Hill & Muncie

Scott, I've been by Brown county drag way a few times. It's pretty rickety. But there were some serious race cars there. I thought about going there sometime this year.

I think more people know the Brown County track as Bean Blossum than its official name.

Yeah, I've been to some pretty scary places. For instance, the Tompkinsville dragstrip somewhere down in Kentucky (I believe outside of the Louisville area). You had to drive through a creek in order to get to the track. The track actually went across two pieces of land, with the strip being on one side and most of the shutdown area on the other lot. There was a barn towards the end of the strip (on the other lot I believe), and it eventually got burnt down by some rowdy folks. After that, the owner of that lot (where the shutdown area was) said no more. It obviously closed up after that.
