that's a nice gto, man, i've seen a couple of your passes at irp this year. that's a wicked 60'! i'd love to get mine down around 1.62-5 again, but no luck yet on the no-prep race nights.
Thanks alot, hopefully I'll get back out their soon, doing cam swap and putting 3.91's in the rearend. Looking for somemore topend out of the car.

What about my run from several years ago, car number 117?
http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=12
126,000 miles on an internally bone stock engine, still had stock valvesprings. ATI ProCharger D-1SC with 15 psi of boost. I had 4.10 gears and with my 28" tall M/T's, and I was on the rev limiter in 4th gear at the 1000 ft mark. I drove it on through that way... Too bad I hadn't had 3:73 gears that day!!! Bob

I'm on the list twice, haha. Just use my fastest time, I don't have two cars.

thanks, man. i'd like to be floating around 12.0 after a tune and prepped track night. i know i can drop almost .2 off my 60, if not more...that alone would get me close. if i run a 12.0x after the tune + good track, i will pull more weight and add an underdrive pulley. i want 11s without a cam.

Out of all your wishes, the "good track" will be the hardest one for the Genie to grant you Especially if we're talking about IRP

yes, i know...i had hopes again this week, but yet again.. how many test and tune nights have they ran this year? 1? it figures that i was busy that night. i never thought it would be so hard to hit a prepped 1/4 mile track. i can find 4 1/8 mile tracks within 45 minutes. but i have to drive to muncie on a street night otherwise to find a 1/4 mile prepped track. bah.

Ever been to US41 up in Morocco? That may be a bit of a drive, it's maybe two hours (North-Northwest) from Indy but they have good track prep even for low volume test and tunes, and they have lots of test and tunes.

I was there a few weeks ago, they had great traction IMO...shattered my POSI on the first "run".

no, i haven't been there...but i have read and contemplated going. it is closer to a 3 hour drive for me, which is a BIG deterrant. i don't want a replay of what happened to your car that far from home, ya know? i have access to a truck and trailer, but it would be a big hassle.
