Cigarettes really $6.90 a pack?

Is that the current regular price now, there was a big increase in tax?

that is what a pack of cig in the city run for. hell i have seen them for even more! but here in dupage their still under 4 dollars a pack and around 32 dollars a carton. but either way i need to quit soon!

I never smoked but I remember gas being, 99cents a gallon 10 yrs ago!!! when I was in highschool!

$2.45/pack or $24.50/Carton here in VA at the Marince Corps. Exchange for premium cigs, like Marlboro.
$3.79 or so at 711 and other stores.

$3.12 in Kentucky last time I bought a pack. I use to get all my cigs there. They are a lot cheaper than Indiana

Cook County had another tax increase a month or two ago. It's about $65 a carton but in Joliet is around $34. I hear there is going to be another state tax again.

Too bad they aren't $50/pack. I honestly feel they should be illegal considering
more people die from them (cancer) than coke, weed, etc...including a very close
relative. That'll never happen though since it's all about $$$. Hopefully it'll be
illegal to smoke indoors in Michigan soon.
