Is there anyone as bored as I am. There is seriously nothing to do around here. Im 20mi west of Lansing but there are no cool cars around me not even a sweet mustang or two. I havnt seen a car that could come close to hanging with me, and im only running low 13's. I dont need to race, I know i have the track for that but is there anything car related to do in Michigan on a Saturday for christ's sake. Im tired of being bored and going to movies all of the time, what do you guys do?

I'm from lansing on friday and saturday nights around 11pm everbody meets over at the sam parking lot on edgewood off from cedar st.

mostly it's just a bunch of buddies bsing no real racing.
like unit213 said if you want to race detroit is where it's at. we crusie down every other week to see whats going on, most guys down there want money to run em.
I'd rather race for fun.

oh and everybody is hella fast in the D (unit213)

sorry for bringing this thread back but i have some questions, i use to live in MI and then moved to FL where there are sports cars everywhere u look and frickin ricers and there gay fart cans everywhere, my question is, is there alot of muscle cars or LS1's roaming the street up by where u guys or do u have to be in the big cities to find them? and also where is there a track(1/4 mile) up there? ive been playing around with the idea of moving back up there thats why im asking. thanks

Mifbody is a great place to hang out! People all over lansing! I bet there is atleast 2 people on there that live less than 1/2 hour from you that are more than willing to hang out and cruise! Check it out, www.mifbody.com

It depends on where you are at, but in the eastside there seems to be a TON over there every time I go to that area and on the westside it's pretty bland but there are still quit a few stangs and f-bodys to play around with, but not much rice to pick on. Another cool club is www.michiganspeed.com . As for 1/4mi tracks the westside has the best tracks IMO Mid MI Motorplex in Stanton and US131 dragway in Martin are the popular ones here.
