Need Help

My Check Engine light is on and I was wondering if anyone can just read what codes I'm throwing. I can't spend $70 to have my mechanic do it right now. I also have my emissions test in June, so I have to get rid of the code as soon as possible.
I'm in Lake Zurich, but let me know if anyone can help me out. (I'll come to you)
