Alright I know someone has to be driving I-90 during rush hours(morning and night) because I see a bunch of f-bodies. So if you see a Maroon Z28 with its t-tops off (its beautiful outside!) between Arlington Heights Rd and Elgin flash your lights. Or Post up if you drive it so I can be on the look out!

 

Hey I think I saw you this morning. I commute from Rockford to Rosemont so I see quite a few of the same F-bodys everyday, especially from Randall Rd. to 294. It would be interesting to see if any of these people are on here. The ones I can think of off the top of my head include 2 black SS's (one completely blacked out), white Z28, silver LT1 Z28 with a big cowl hood, NBM TA, Red 05/06 GTO..... all travelling westbound in the morning. I usually leave home around 6:15-6:30am so I am around your area at 7. In the afternoons I leave work at 4:30-5pm. Maybe I'll see you in an hour or so

 

I don't use I90, but I see a couple F-bodies on I94 during my commute on a regular basis.

There is an LS1 era NBM Z28 with silver painted ZR1/SS wheels that I see all the time, it gets on I94 @ rt132 headed south around 6:15-6:30am. I usually see it right when I'm getting off the expressway on Grand Ave in Gurnee. Sometimes I see the same car coming back up north on I94 near Grand/132 right after I get on going south to go home.

Looks like its just me and you?! I commute the same direction as you so unless I hit 90 at the same as you then we'll keep missin each other! I've seen a couple of the ones you mentioned!

Anyone else ever take I-90? or is all the action around the 4 corners area?

i havent seen many camaros out here in elk grove we're overflowed with 5.slows and trans ams

 

well the only 2 roads in Elk Grove I drive are Landmeier Rd and Arlington Heights. Sometimes Busse if I get something to eat from Subway. You're right though I have noticed a lot of T/A and stangs in the area!

 

I live in Elk Grove. There aren't too many f-bodies, athough there is a pewter TA that sounds awesome. He drives by my house at least once a day, sometimes a few times a day. Anyone on here?

 

i commute from arlington heights to the city in the morning and afternoon rush hour or when i get off fro mthe city to elgin.... but no in an f-bdoy -- too much for gas.. i drive my monte carlo... red with blacked out tail lights

 

i know a guy with a pewter t/a in elk grove he went to high school with me it is a very nice car. I'm not sure what he has done to it ooo you must go to the subway on busse and oakton or something

i take 94 from dundee to ohio street every morning-6am. 99% of the time im in the srt8, but sometimes (like today) i take the TA.

i saw a camming and blown? black TA going down dundee by 53 yesterday. had some big *** et streets on the back and sounded like a whistle under the hood.

 

I probably pass you going the other way most days. I get on I94 @ Touhy at about 5:50am, so I'm usually right about Dundee at 6am.

I never take the Camaro to work. Too many trucks kicking up rocks and destroying the paint, plus racking up 75 miles doing the round trip. I'm always in the Bonneville or the Monte.
