Can any of the IL members help me. I am looking for 100 Octane unleaded gas in Northern Illinois area. Can someone point to a gas station (I need the address and telephone number) where I can purchase it.

There is a Citgo on Rt.20 in Bloomingdale or Glendale Heights. No idea on address or #. There is a station on Rt.19 and Barrington road in Streamwood. I think a Citgo as well. Not sure. May be a Clark. It changes names a lot. It is the biggest station on that intersection. Not the Shell though. These are the only ones I can think of.

Gas City at Higgins and Plum Grove Rd. used to sell it. That's in the Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates area. Been a couple years since I needed any though.

 

Not sure how north your talking about. But Gas City on Willow Springs rd, just north of Archer Ave, in Willow Springs, IL has it.

Gas City on Clark between Montrose and Irving sells 100 octane for $5.

 

I am coming from Milwaukee. Not all that far as I go to Chicago at times for work. So it is on the way.

you'd want to go to the Marathon(I think its marathon) that's at rte 60 and rte 83. probably vernon hills there, not sure. that's where we've always gone. they have 100 unleaded.

there's a station bit more north of there timmy found with 110 leaded from the pump,too, but we haven't been there this year. haven't been to the 60 and 83 one this year either, i've just been using C16 for race gas.

 

Down by me, they have 100 & 110 at the pump at Gas City, but I think that is because it is 5 blocks from Route 66. That way, no one can cry that their car isn't a pump gas car

 

Meijer even carries 100 octane gas now.

 

Some Gas Cities carry Rocket Brand 100 Unleaded race gas

 

$5.19 a gallon too.

 

the citgo down the street was(last time i checked) selling 110. i was excited until i was 7.00$!!!!!

they still have it i just got some not to long ago

 

**** thats cheap. It's like 5.85 for 100 Unleaded down here, at the Gas city by the World Music Theater, and I think it was 5.65 for 100 and 5.85 for 114 at the Gas City by Route 66. I have talked to a few engine builders and they say that Rocket brand fuels burn pretty clean.

It's $5.00 a gallon the last time I checked at Meijer.

 

The Speedway at the corner of 183rd and Harlem in Tinley Park has it. 4.80/gal last time I checked.
