Could you imagine what $10 gas would do to the economy. I don't even want to think about it.

Lets just say that cost of living will be out of control. Shipping prices will be through the roof!

Just thought I'd chime in and say gas for today is 3.87 in a few areas for regular here in Indianapolis Indiana. BTW I'd hate to see how people will react to $10.00 per gal. I work at a auto repair shop and have already came across 2 trucks that have had their gas tanks stabbed with a screwdriver and drained while the owners were in bed. So just imagine what people would do when it's $10.00 per gallon. Just thought I'd share that with everyone b/c it's sad that the economy is so shity that people would have to resort to this just to be able to make it back and forth to work and to support their families or even to just have the gas to do what they need to do.

I sure hope the new President can turn our country around, but even then it's gonna be a long term thing and not over night.

People that would stab a gas tank were most likely not concerned about getting to work. More like getting to thier "dudes" house. Thats just plain fucked up.

Yeah, It's f*cked up people would do this, but hey who am I to judge you know! Your prolly right about them going to their dudes houses. 1 of the guys was caught steaaling the gas red handed he was in an alley and was letting the gas drain from the truck into a trash can lid and was pouring it into a funnel into his gas tank. The guy said his neighbor caught the guy in the act and called the police. The police rolled up on him and the guy acted like the car wasn't his and started walking away from the trash can lid, a leaking gas tank and a funnel sticking out of his car. He got arrested and the owner pressed charges. The other guy who's truck's gas tank was stabbed never caught the guy. But he was Pissed when he came out the bext day.
Man I swear people are retarded sometimes. But hey welcome to America right!

Sorry for the long post!

This $hit is rediculous.
$3.95 for regular unleaded, $4.05 for mid- grade and $4.15 for 93 octane.
Yesterday 93 octane was $3.93 at the same spot!
Saw as high as $4.19 too!

Kind of like the cheech and chong movie where they siphon gas into a dirty barrell and then proceed to attempt to fill up their car which was a beautiful corvette.

The economy will grind to a hault before it gets that bad. The middle class is already starting to buckle from this (this includes me).

It is $3.93/gal for 87 in front of my office. Fortunately, both of my vehicles have a full tank before the $0.20 hike yesterday, but that obviously won't last forever.
