Who does storage insurance over the winter and who do you have it with and how much do you pay

I just called State Farm and storage insurance for the SS is 66 bucks for 6 months.

Your current carier should be able to do that for you. Just give them a call and tell them to suspend coverage on the car. That will remove liability and collision since the vehicle is not in use. I believe my T/A is about 50 bucks for 6 months with Allstate.

yeah, all they do is keep the comprehensive on i think. mine is like 12 a month.

State farm...$10 to $11 per month. Covers fire, theft, vandalism, hail damage, fallen tree, etc... Definately a smart choice over the winter months.

Obviously my cars can't be covered, but I do store my tow truck, F-350 super duty turbo diesel, valued at $30,000 and it's $10 a month from American family.
