Flint, MI I doubt there are many of you, but how many live in or around the Flint area? Specifically in Grand Blanc. I see some sweet camaros and t/a's and was hoping I could put a name to some of these cars. Maybe meet up or something? I know it's a complete longshot, but meh.
I used to go to school up there at Kettering. There is a McDonalds off I-475 at E. Stewart Ave were everybody used to meet up. They had street racing over there as well. But I have heard that the cops keep breaking it up anymore. I haven't been up in that area for over 5 years so I am sure a lot has changed. There is a car club at Kettering University called Firebirds. They used to put on lot races, we used to let the public run as long as they signed the insurance waiver. Again I don't know if they do this anymore or not.

Yo, I am from Howell myself. I currently go to Kettering, and as far as I know the firebirds club is still in action (I am on it, just inactive for what its worth). Anyways, I am also in the process of trying to figure out what happens around these areas as well as good shops etc. I know that Woodward is still a pretty hot place during the summer but that is a bit of a drive from Flint. I will definately be checking that out as well as watching some open track nights at Midland raceway. Anyone from around here/greater detroit area know where I can get some true duals over/under axle installed at?

I am in Waterford. Must of the summer is spent cruising Woodward. Sometimes I make it up to Flint for the Kettering Car Show on Alumni weekend. I used to be a member of the Firebirds club there. We ran a lot of autocrosses and the carshow. Good times! Too bad I got my car after college. It at least made it back for an autocross or two since then.

I grew up in Flint. I went to Flint Beecher. I curently live in Dearbornheights. The majority of my family still lives in Flint. During the summer I`ll drive my Z to visit. If it`s not going to rain. All you northern guys should hook up with the F-body club I am in. www.streetlethalperformance.com. We do a lot of car shows and cruising. We are planning on doing the Hot Rod Power Tour from Cleveland,OH to Kalamazoo, Camaro Superfest, Plus I have a F-body carshow/barbeque at my house during the Telegraph Rd criuse every year. We cruise Woodward a lot too. We have a lot of fun.
