10 bolt 3.73 motive gears new in the box. $75.00 plus shipping. I'm in NW chicago suburbs by o'hare. The gears came with the car when I bought it and I don't want to run that ratio.

I am not really sure. I had called motive's corporate office in chicago(773- 247-3400) to ask about that,(I wanted to have that info before I posted) and the guy said that they are for a three series. This conclusion was arrived at by only asking what ratio they are. I asked if it was possible to have a 3.73 gear that fits a two series carrier and he said no.

They sell a 3.73 in a two series carrier as far as I know....

Is your car an A4 or a M6?
If its an A4 does the shifter go PRND321 or PRND32?

If it goes to 32 and is not marked down to 1 then its a 2 series unless the original owner changed out the rear or that plastic peice.

Motive gears are for both carriers. If you have a 2 series carrier, you have to buy the ring gear spacer.
