Since the other car won't be done for a little while still, I guess I'll just settle for picking on some of the Mustangs and GTO's there.

Well engine is totally assemble waiting to go in the car. We got a real late start at about 9:30 and ran into a couple issues so Im a little behind schedule and probally wont make any car shows on Sunday, but I will be at the rental, more than likely not spraying the car. Well see how everything goes.

Car is running!!! Thanks Jim, Brian, Nick, and my dad for all of the help. Nate thanks for coming by to help get the stuff out. I had a hell of a scare when going to prime the car we heard a loud knocking. I ALMOST LOST IT. First thought is rod bolts hitting windage tray or oil pan. After thinking of it figured that couldnt be it, found out it was tq convertor bolt had too big of a head for new SFI flexplate, took it out, Jim grinded it down and we were good !

Working on getting this video off of my camera for a sound clip, we got the car idling near 1k rpm with failing o2's. Sounds pretty mellow for a 240/244 duration cam

 

Really nice work Leo you are the man alot of people doubted you but you came thru. That Think sounds tough can't wait to dyno tune and head to the track Congrats.

Well I made the maiden voyage today with the car to work. Everything looked good, oil pressure seemed a bit lower than I would like (Just tipping on either side of 40 psi on the highway at about 2200 rpm), but that could just be the Melling pump and SAE 30 break in oil.
Holy crap does this thing pull hard, Im just rolling into the throttle to seat the rings, so just going to about 3500 -4000 no more than 1/4 throttle and it just feels amazing... I cant wait to get to the track!!
