Hahaha no im not a cop, just seeing if any of the fellow fbodys will be joining me and a couple of friends going up.

I have yet to hear of someone cutting better then a 2.0 60 foot on street tires.

Have heard of a few 1.8's on stickies lol.

Tuesday nights aren't as bad as people make it out to be. I've cut 1.7's on radials many times, and plenty of 1.8/1.9's on junk tires with various cars

 

i had no problem cutting mid 1.6x on stock suspension and a 255/50/16 DR in my 3600lb bolt-on fbod.

also, my fiancee cut multiple 1.9x 60' on radials in her stock 99 m6 t/a. the problem wasn't at the light, it was a hundred feet out. car would launch good, but haze tires in 2nd and 3rd.

 

I had street tires last night cut a 2.00 60'. Ran 13.53 first time going with my lid and exhaust. Last night there was a alot of fbodys there!! One bad 02' ceta.

 

Dammit I wish I was back home.

 

I need to make it out there sometime.

 

last years track was insanely better than this year. with a car with any hp at all it wont hook up at all. there have been a very few good nights at IRP, none yet this year, and i dont think we will have any either. im just going to go to a thursday night and run with some real cars.

 

I think that CETA is the owner of TRU on the southside. My buddy was at that shop yesterday picking up his coilovers and whatnot and called me up saying that the owner had a collectors edition. I asked him if it were modded, but the only thing he said is that it has some DRs. The guy told him he was going to take it to the track Tues.

Ill hopefully be heading out to ORP in two weeks or so whenever my finals when Ill have some free time. I want to get a run before and after the LTs, TSP duals,LS6 intake and tune.

 

Ya it was a bad machine very clean. I ran a mach 1 my first pass, and it ran a 14.1? ??? And he even hooked and everything all night long. He took out his passanger headlight, i guess because his intake was right behind it or something iono. But at best he could only turn out a 13.7. Now I hear they are suppost to be pretty B.A. You think he just needs the driver mod?

 

I guess there having a car/drag show on may 12. Im planing on going. $10 run the whole time and pretty good time to show off your car. Its for charity I believe.

 

^^^^^^That is Winged Warrior 3. The participants for the drag and autoX have already been chosen. There will be a car show though. $15 at the gate I believe. I will be there for that. The money goes to Riley.

 

If you are talking about winged warrior I things its 100 and you don't run the whole time. Its like 3 drag runs.
