ah ok. yeah i dont know a whole lot of the import guys. I do know a Kevin though.... I just havent been out in forever, only made one TCC event last year and the car is running like crap right now so i'll just come and park it for ladies night and be done and meet some new people. btw.... white and black 97z if youre there before me you will hear it comin a couple miles away lol.
I'll be at the Bloomington Cruise on the 12th. I've got a lady to show my car for me. There were 2 other f-bodys on April 14 but they looked like they were just purchased and they didn't stick around too long. Weather kinda sucked.
Got some buddies with F-bodies as well. Got my 02 WS6 I can push and some other buddies have a 02 SS, 02 WS6, 01 Z28. The others are Stangs.
Might see me in my pewter 02 GMC Sieara SB RC with a cowl hood and roll pan. My DD.
You guys probably saw me last year at the later TCC. I had the loudest F-body there. Red WS6 with black bird stripes. I was parked next to my buddy who had the 87 LX...blue with sliver flames. Couldn't have missed that car coming in!!!

I think I'm gonna get my junk out Saturday night, so if any of you wanna hang out let me know. Wow. It sounds like all of the sudden we have a ton of F-bodies coming out of the wood work this year. That's pretty cool. I would like to strongly suggest coming out to the TCC on May 12. It'd be a blast to see that many show up!
On a side note, I'm wondering if the driver of a white SS Camaro with black hockey stripes is on this board. I have seen his car a couple of times heading down Oakland Ave from Veterans and thought it looked and sounded very nice. Anybody know him? Wondering what kind of exhaust he has.

Yea, the midwest forum used to be empty as far as Central IL goes, and now their seams to be a lot of new guys showing up - I'm pretty recent myself, bought the car in June of 06, got my liscense in August. Lookin forward to meetin up with everyone at the TCC meets.
Also- does anyone know if there's a place in Bloomington that fills nitrous? i'm looking into an NX Dry kit. Not that it's a deciding factor, but how much/lb.

Man, you are really lucky! To have that kind of power for a 1st car and then to throw on a nitrous kit? I got stuck with an 83 Caprice Classic station wagon as my 1st set of wheels. That thing would barely achieve the speed limit if it drove off a cliff. So without me having to use the search feature what year/model/color do you have and what all have you done to it so far?
