If it was around 10:15 pm or so then it was probably me. I work at the Lowe's over there. I had just gotten off of work and was heading home. That is when I had the run in with the Cobalt SS.

Yep, I think it was you. I tried to get a job at the Lowe's there. Where you live at man?

*EDIT* OK, Perry apparently. How far is it?

Tri-State is a haul from here, I try to hit it once or twice a year. It is a FAST track, $35 for TnT is spendy though, but you are guaranteed to run your personal best there.

Been to Cordova once, might be going for a TnT out there next month.

I have been twice but both times it has been really dissapointing. Track prep has been kinda crappy. I was getting fairly sideways at the top of second. I didn't have the best tires in the world that night either but my best of the night was like 2.1 short time.

I don't know, maybe I just suck at driving.

You can hook down there, you'll need atleast a MT ET Radial to do so. I'd never expenct a better than 2.1 60' on regular radials down there.

Well, that is good to hear. I plan on running ET streets this year on the wheels in my signature.

I actually live in DSM now. Getting an apartment over behind Dahl's on Merle Hay road. Where abouts in West Des Moines do you live? It would be cool to meet you man. I am sure we will run into eachother sometime though, haha.

Yeah I started working at Lowe's at the beginning of February. I also just started a job at the Jordan Creek Wells Fargo. When did you apply at Lowe's? I think they have been hiring here again lately.

I live about 2 blocks from the Lowe's. An apartment complex called Mansions at Jordan Creek. I filled out the application about 3 weeks ago probably. I took a tech job at Sprint though. Doing inbound tech troubleshooting for the Blackberry.

I've watched races at Tri State.... but I wasnt impressed by the vehicles running... I remember seeing a Ford Taurus and a 6cyl stang. Cordova is definately a good time tho... lots of people there... and tons of people willing to stop and shoot the **** with ya.

I havent actually ran my car tho... I dont know... It's my baby and I guess I wanna take care of her? lol And I think I'm a little scared too....

The fastest I've had mine is 95... that was on highway 20 with the t tops off and bad tires... ((NEVER AGAIN)) Felt like my car was lifting off the ground and picking up under the hood... fire(bird?)

My long-term sub position was up at the beginning of February. I didn't want to wait around for schools to call me so I found a full time job. I am in Home Equity collections. It isn't bad and the people I work with are pretty cool. All I do know is work. I was called in again tonight at Lowe's, but it's money.

Ill probably be heading to the car wash today on the southside to wash up the truck, Im sort of in the market for another camaro. Just kinda looking now, and i understand about the work thing. Ill have to take up two jobs this summer to start paying back student loans. I used to work for wells fargo in their bank as a teller. Id rather work for home/finiance or go back working for VOE.
