Nice...that's nice that Byron accomodates for you guys. The Fox is just one of the faster cars in my town and his arrogance gets annoying sometimes...kinda guy who has a high 10 sec car and is always calling out 12 sec. cars.

I was out at byron today in the later part of the day and it was very crowded. The corvette forum guys and a couple other vette clubswere out there. Also there was a TON of fbodys. I also think Larry had his mustang out there. I believe it was the one that had the plate MINT something. It ran hard if it was his car I believe it has a vortech on it? I also met up with a couple guys I know one of which has a 02 Z06 on a 150dry shot and he thinks he blew up or cracked a piston but still managed to drive and baby the car the 5 miles or so he lives from Byron. There were also ton of mustangs out there today as well. I also got to see the new roush 427r mustang make a pass. Im not sure how good of a driver he was but I believe he went a high 13 at 104mph. He had a little spin coming out but thats it. I had my car there but I didnt run it and wont run it tomorrow either. Hopfully there will be more fbodys there tomorrow

Yeah it was hard to not make a pass but I mean I know what it runs and now since im back on a street tire it will run even slower. So I just go to watch and talk to people about there set ups.My cars going away shortly after I get my nitrous kit on which will be next weekend I hope So im just joy riding the last few weeks I have it on insurance. Maybe if I my nitrous install goes good il make a few more pass's with it and see how it goes

Hey twisted by the way my car sits very similar to how yours sits with the mods in your sig. I was just wondering what it will ET and trap speeds? just to compare mine

Damn thats a nice car for being the wifes. Looked like a total sleep till I saw it rip through first gear. It definetly sounded good. I thought that was your car I seen it about 3-4 months ago at a car show on randall road at the mcdonalds near south elgin and tom also had the shebly gt500 out there with the 03 cobra motor. Are you guys going to have the shop car out there tomorrow?

Never took it to the track. This is the first summer I have had the car, and I really didnt feel like beating it too much. Next season will be a different story.

I will tell you it pulls just as hard as my 78 stroker camaro that I sold this summer. That car would pull 12.8s with good weather. But my *** dyno isnt calibrated.

oh I know and it was worse yesterday it was invaded by vettes mostly C5s. I ducked out early today since there were hardly any cars I wanted to see run. I didnt see your car chucky. I would of liked to but I dont think I even seen an lt1 looking car there. Unless you had your front end changed to 98 body style.Speedinc didnt even have any cars out there hardly compared to yesterday.I arrived at 10am and left by 1230pm right around when that car spilled oil everywhere. Yesterday was crowded also but it was almost all vettes,fbodys and cobras. It was pretty cool to see all the buicks running there were some very fast GNs that looked and sounded stock until they took off

today was far more crowded then Sat...we called the day at 1:30 and got a bit to eat and left @ 2pm.
The BU was not working...no traction and major wind resulted in a bad day.
The only reason we came out was to test the BU today. The big day was sat for us...nearly 50 cars.
few more weeks of racing left
