Default Too late for an intro?

New here-just joined up.

I'm from Danville...far west side and am currently transplanting an LS1 T56 in my 69 Camaro with 3.73 posi, tied frame, 4-wheel discs, etc.

I've really enjoyed all the info especially in the hybrid section.

Hey Hawker, do you fly Hawkers or fix them?

I am a 737-300/500 structures/sheetmetal tech.

Thinking about getting into corporate stuff.

Welcome

To the others, its now almost 9:30pm, I was supposed to get the keys to my new house at like ummmmmm 2-3pm ish!!!!

Well they have never moved before not including this one that they moved into from their parents houses.

They thought they could move all their stuff from Indianapolis to ZIONSVILLE IN A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep in mind thats like a 1.5 hour drive one way!!!!!!!

Had my mom who is also my realator call them and put the heat on and I should have the keys 10pm ish.

Funny thing is that I started paying on the utilities today and was going to get food and all the little things to take over and can't till tommorow so now tomorrow I have to do all that and Jeff and I have to get the car fired up.

If I don't get the keys by midnight they have to pay me $100 bucks so talk about last minute!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHEESSSSHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, United HMV.

Update on the car situation. Got up at "oh no 30 today" AKA around 10:30 and that sucks because I work nights. Got my fiance moved into the new house along with the last of the first house start up groceries ($$$$), got my John Deere mower into the shed (full speed baby!!!).

At about 6pm I finnaly got over to my sisters place to work on the car since my girl went to bed before work.

Got the fuel pumps out and the fuel filters out. Tank is pretty much 100% drained.

Got it all home and pulled the filters apart, one of them the element was seized up and would not come out and it broke, the other one came out fine.

Both had quite a bit of junk in them, well a lot, one of them had an entire fly in it, not part of one, an entire one in it!!!!!!!!!!!

Pulled the cover off the bad pump and the shaft turns but I think its the motor itself that burned out (Im sure the filter helped it out)

Homefully Monday I can get to automotion's and get replacement elements and get it fired up, to bad its supposed to rain............

Ill just drag race my Deere for now...........

Kool. racing again. I have my Honda-powered mower that can take your JD. It is an overhead valve, and I have slipped a pipe on it. With a K&N pod, of course.
After rejetting, it can cut 30 fpm, incuding greenwood crud.

Dammit! I put on a rear mount turbo; it ran great, but it immediately melted the grass catcher. I hate sprayers!

So, would you call that 'rear handle' drive?
I can bring you a Holset turbo from work, but it probably weighs more than the mower itself.

Just because you failed doesn't mean it can't/hasn't been done.
