I am thinking meet at Culvers between 5-5:30, get somthing to eat and leave at 6:30. Then drive over to the wake. This way if people are running behind it gives them till 6:30 to meet us before we leave and people who get there early can have some dinner.

I got something that Ben would of always wanted and it has a message from the guys here at corral and LS1tech indy forums. If he is buried, it can buried with him or his mom can keep it.

I'm not sure I ever talked to him, saw him a few times when I came up to gwood. Wish I would have got the oppurtunity to meet him, he seems like a really great guy. I'm sure he's glad to have such a great group of friends, everything you guys are doing is exactly how it should be when something like this happens.. and its kind of scary to think about how easily something like this can happen.. good luck everyone and im sure he appreciates all this help

Here is the item we made for Ben and his parents. Since I hang here and there and ben does the same, I wanted both Indy boards to be a part of it.

Good seeing you james and the other camaros, the black SS with the white hockey striped sounds very nice

Chris, I just want to say Thank You Very Much for putting our Forum on that. That would mean the world to Ben, and being that it means alot to racers, Ben would be very Proud to have it in his memory!
I am proud to have been his friend and to have been a part of his life.
He was a great guy and will be missed dearly!

Thank You Again, and "Way To Go" - with reaching out to Ben on a more personal level. (racer/car guy) It was awesome!

yes sir...mike davis was his name
42 yrs old
greenwood resident...friend to a lot of people

traveling south bound in the walls, at a high rate of speed...began to "tank slap" or high speed wobble...lost control and ended up on the west side of street..pronounced dead at the scene....
very tragic to the bike world just as ben was to our scene...god speed to both of them
R.I.P fellas

BE SAFE GUYS
see ya on the south side

Sorry to hear John! I hate hearing about this stuff. Everyone please, be careful out there on 31. I know it gets intense at times, but just remember at the end of the night you wanna go home. So drive safe, and if your gonna play around, stay away from big groups of cars when you do it. It makes the chance of something happening a little less likely. In some cases, things do just go terribly wrong, and those are the tragedies in which we all can't seem to grasp onto. All things happen for a reason. Just sucks to lose people we know.
I care about everyone here, so please be safe!

The night I spun out at high speed and some how did not crash was just north of the walls and it was just me and the other guy......... bad stuff tends to happen when you take risks.... just a fact of life... lots of things you can do to make it "safer" but in the end it is still a huge risk ya know? Being on 31 on a Friday or Saturday night alone is a risk....

Got front 2 wheels from Weld 17x6 with 4 inch back spacing. Still waiting on 17x10s for rear. The Vette might be going some high 11.30s on motor with lighter wheels i good DA. Guy can hope. On paper I will loose about 52 pounds rotating weight.

If anyone needs a set of Pacesetter 1 3/4" headers that are coated with the y-pipe, let me know. I'm selling mine, along with my ported LS6 intake, and nitrous outlet TB plate.

Headers are pending.

I am asking $190.00 for the Nitrous Outlet TB plate.
