He's installing all of his parts that he's had for a while now....
Navy, I'm pretty sure the rotating assembly will work. The bore and stroke is the same. From what I have read the rod/main sizes are the same too.
Contact AES engines, they are a sponsor here, and fraser will be more than happy to help you with your build if you would like. He sells engines at great prices.

lol! Well they are out of Illinois, and they can build whatever you would like. I'm 99% sure they would do a complete build Intake to Oil Pan if you want them to.
Contact Fraser and ask...
I have considered doing an iron block 415 or 427 personally, but I can not afford it.

Well as of right now, I got a cam only Ls1. And I'm selling the white z for $5k with a cam only ls1. It should be ready to go in a week or so.
And I still have my 99 Trans Am. Not sure what I want to do to it, just yet. I may go the cheap route with it and set it up with the cage and suspension and do a cam only setup and just enjoy it, or I may sit this year out, save my money and wait til next year to come out and play again.
We'll see what happens though.
Just not too concerned with it really at this point. I just wanna at least be able to come hang out at events and on the weekends with everyone this summer. Not too concerned with racing. I wanna do it right tho when I do it big. Otherwise, I'll just slap something in it to make me a lil bit happy. hahaha
I sold the 403 stroker, so I can't go that route with it. Or I would, TRUST ME hahaha

Just checking to see if anybody can help me out or not.... But I am in need of an LS1 air lid for my 98 Z. I recently sold mine to help a friend out, and now I need 1 myself.
If anybody has 1 please lmk. I do not want to spend alot of money. The cheaper the better and it doesn't have to be mint or even in good condition. Just not broke.
If you have anything, PM me with a price.
Thanks
James

Well it's back to a stock 98 LS1 z28 with a cam now. Nothing else aftermarket done to it at all. So I think $5,000 is a fair price for it. But yeah I doubt it would pull much higher than that. Plus I just want %k out of it so thats what I'm listing it at. If someone wants it... $5k, If not, That's cool too. I'll just drive it.
Welcome Buddy.

Not yet, I haven't posted it for sale yet b/c I am in the process of getting it running again. It was a roller up til last week. Now I'm in the process of gathering everything I need to finish it up. The engine and transmission is now in the car, but I need to do a few more small things to finish it.
I have a complete build thread of what it looked like in the beginning, and all the way til I tore it down. But now it's basically just a stock drivetrain and still has the hood and the hockey stripes. But that's about it. Anyways, heres the link... Just so you can get an idea of what I am selling... https://ls1tech.com/forums/chevrolet...der-knife.html
