Hey, name is Nick. I just picked up an 02z about two weeks ago, after getting rid of my evo.
I've never had an ls before, so trying to learn about the car, and figure out where I'm going with it. Until then, Im just going to try and enjoy it. Look forward to meeting and talking with some new people.

Just don't put neon lights on it^^ I saw a camaro last night with blinking blue ones.
Sidenote: I bought a 26 inch powerstick for my intermediate pipe. I need my exhaust to basically be custom fabbed now and don't know any cat-less friendly places to get it done.

I rolled thru the suds at about 9 last night in the cobra and it was practically vacant! I know I came a little later than I usually do, but I wasn't expecting it to be that empty. I did however meet a real nice guy with a torch red cobra vert off 135 and
smith valley. He said he had exhaust, pulley swap and some other stuff done. The car also had a light bar and some different chrome rims. Anyone know who it was? I didn't get his name

Babbage: Meads performance muffler just south of Mooresville in Bethany. Guy just has a big garage next to his house and does some great custom work. He has done a lot of cars for me and I've never had a problem

It's been 10 years since I've been into cars now, And the past few years I have invested TONS of money into my F-Body's. They become very addicting man, and it doesn't help seeing what new stuff they come out with, and what other people on this site do to their cars. My evo was a money pit, I know how it goes. I was making close to 600/600, so you know that wasnt cheap.
I kept telling myself since the vette is a decent platform to start out with, I wouldnt want to mod it right away. I was wrong. Thanks for the welcome.

Im definitely going to try and get off work for the meet. I really need to meet some new people, and get some pointers, etc. as I have very little knowledge of this platform. It really sucks starting over after a couple years of something totally different.
