Indy People....check-in and say hi!
I wish I had an unlimited bank account, I could drop some major coin on a spending spree with MWC.
I wouldn't say the roads are bad it's just that the lights seem completely random. There seems to be no flow in the traffic lights. Either that or they need to stay green longer. I also dislike how the yellows here in Indiana are like half the time as they are in Missouri. I noticed that when I first moved over to St. Louis. I've ran two red lights just because I keep forgetting that the yellows are short.
Just moved here to Noblesville (just north of Indy). Been all over, finally settling down now that I'm no longer on active duty. This is a big *** thread and I ain't readin all of it, but hopefully I'll catch some of you here and there.

How much did MWC set you back to install your cage? I need to get one in I just keep putting it off and don't have any welding skills so I would prefer to just have them do it.

I know that if you want to get it done tho, plan on waiting a while. They are completely backed up with orders, and Tax Time sales are gonna be pile-ing up too. Honestly, I don't even know if Eric would be able to take that in. You would have to call and talk to him personally about it. Another option would be ordering a bolt in cage from wolfe, and running that until MWC has an opening, and you can always sell the wolfe later on and get back a Big portion of the $ you paid for it. Hell, I'd hel you sell it if it did come down to that! But MWC is BY FAR... The way to go for suspension and cage work. I can't wait to get my Tubular K Member and SYA Bars from them here soon.

This is the Indy Thread that keeps us all sane during the Winter months.

If you have any questions about where all the hangouts are or local dragstrips or etc. feel free to ask me anytime or anything. I'll be more than happy to help.
BTW, To anyone who wants to take a LAP around 465 with some fellow car guys, My Buddy Tyler (Founder of IndyRPM) is hosting a Get together on New Years Day. Which is this coming Sunday, at 2:00 pm. We are all meeting at the TGI Fridays off 38th street and 465 around 1:00 pm to eat and gather, and then aroun 2:00 or 2:15 we are all making a lap around 465.
***The cruise is going to be led by an Off Duty Indiana State Police Officer and followed by a fellow Firefighter in a New Mustang with "Lights" as well.
We plan on cruising at about 65 mph or so depending on the flow of traffic, and it will be single file in the middle lane!!!
After the cruise, we will be hanging out, and having some "After Cruise" fun.
For more details check out www.indyrpm.com or feel free to PM me for further details. ALL Car Models are welcome. This is not for a certain type of car only.
Hope to see lots of people come out and enjoy a day of cars, talking with car enthusiasts, and just bringing in the New Year in a positive way!
Yea it was a good price and I was up all night last night talking with a few guys on the west coast about it. I had to move it fast because I had it sold so I made a deal on a new engine and the kid that was supposed to buy my engine backed out at the last minute. So I was left holding the ball. It all worked out much better in the end anyway
