Rides for Riley Benefit Car Show 7/7 Hey everyone. Wanted to post a thread about an upcoming show show in Indianapolis, IN for Riley Children's Hospital.. It is called Rides for Riley and is taking place July 7th, 2012.

The 2012 IndyRPM Benefit Car Show for Riley Children's Foundation is July 7th, 2012.
The 2nd Annual Rides for Riley Benefit Show will take place at Lucas Oil Raceway the first Saturday in July aimed at raising both awareness and support for the Riley cause and to bring the motorsports community together for the greater good of mankind.
NAME: Rides for Riley
DATE: Saturday July 7th, 2012
LOCATION:
Lucas Oil Raceway
12056 East Highway 136
Indianapolis, IN 46167
TIME: 10am-5pm
ITINERARY:
Registration: 10-12
Judging: 12-3
Awards will be given @ 5
COST:
Car Show Entrance: $10
Spectator: $5
DETAILS:
With the help of Lucas Oil Raceway we will be bringing you one of the largest car shows in the state this year with hopes of donating a large sum of money to the children's hospital.
There will be Test & Tune drag racing on the drag strip as well as a Live DJ and Stereo Contest. There will be something at this event for EVERY motorsports enthusiast.
Please come out and support your community and the children's hospital at the 2012 Rides for Riley Benefit Show!

I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing, but I was deep down in Mexico last week and I only saw 1 camaro and it was driven by a Gringo with those fake pepboys vents on the side. It was a LT1 car.
Did see a new ZL1 on the showroom floor at the mexican dealership. The roads really suck there and don't see that doing well on those roads.

In all seriousness tho I bought the car cheap, fixed it up and decided to throw the 20's off my RS on there to maybe help sell it. I figure somebody may like the 20's better than stock and if not i still have the factory wheels too. ;-)

Any of you guys use the Joe Gibbs oil yet. They add zinc and they have a Ford Oil, but I noticed they have a LS oil too.

Its good oil from what i have read. And many engine builders including texas speed swear by it.
So i wouldnt have a problem running it in my car. But again no personal experience...

Took the car to edgwater friday and ran a new best of 11.54 at 118.11 and followed that up with a 11.66 at 120.1... Def need to work on shift points and 60 ft should be able to shave a couple tenths off.
