I love how my side of the subdivision is up on a hill
The garage is a good 6 feet or more maybe off street level.
My entire family learned the hard way to buy houses elevated kinda high to avoid flooding.
Sucks being ankle deep in water in a finished basement when the sump pump fails due to a pwer outage and it rains hard..... Been there done that.
Glad my house does not have a basement.
Im suprised my area did not floow out though, my entire township is either at or below the water table or whatever its called.
James, is your garage/driveway still around?

LOL that description is pretty good. An aftermarket clutch in an auto LOL!! I didn't believe james when he told me jeff ditched it. Anyway I managed to blow up a tire on the way home this morning. ****** blew going north near shadeland exit and I made it all the way up the 116th street ramp before it got really bad. Though a wheel wasn't balanced. I pull over and the ******* sidewalls had about 3 or 4, 3 inch pieces holding it to the tread I made it about 5-6 miles like that at 70. ******* tire was a trooper. Oh and you could see the belts from the tread being gone, got my money out of those bad boys. Yokohamas probably went 40 - 55 thousand until they ate it just glad they didn't was the passenger rear. I would have made like that tracker and probably spun. No more custom one wheel drag slick for me . I got Toyo's on the rears now Yoko's are on the front still, and bought new autozone pads and rotors to replace the warped stockers (thanks ****** in tracker and cobalt). All in all I spent about $500 in 1 hour. A cam setup from TS would have been better but thats how it goes when your me.

I'm too far into it now. But after my last email he is asking what I feel needs to be done to make things right. We'll see how far that goes.
