So who all has been at the track so far this year?
Anyone run any good times out there?

Last time I went I clicked off a 13.6 @ 103 mph with CAI, Exhaust, 3.42 gears, tune, LCA's, and some Nitto's...on a 130,000 mile 94 LT1 Firebird....
What did you guys run!!! Don't be ashamed to post. I'm only a mid 13 sec. car!

My dad has one of those, comes in handy sometimes. Worth the money if you ask me.

The one he has is the same one Autozone uses or used.

Just reads codes and gives you a breif description.

That is a good price if it is a decent unit. Since the auto stores appear to be stopping their scanning/clearing of codes, I would pick it up.

Next on the list for me is a Stall!
But I'm Glad to see your finally modding it man! Take it easy, and hit me up sometime. Your gonna have to come down to 31 and hang out some more this summer.

Good Luck with the exhaust.... It's gonna be REAL Fun!

Hope the Z28 I just bought runs at least a 13.2 at the track. But who knows....

Headers is a different story at least mine were. ******* 3 day install that included beating in the floor pan, grinding a tab on the block, lots of cussing, cuts, lost crap ect. James should have had it easy with the whole engine removed. I still have to fix my steering shaft that likes to rub on em.

Good Luck with the install. Hope it doesn't give you too bad of a time....

I have my car completely done now other than just filling up the fluids, bleeding the brakes, and extending the O2 wires... Man I can't wait!

BTW the TSP TD's look awesome under the car!

West side of Noblesville... in the high rent area...

I'm painting the walls and cleaning up the garage this month.
I finally got some laquer thinner to get rid of the Goodyear F1 SuperCar tires marks that my '01 and '03 Z06's left. The soft compound interacted with the clear coat on the floor. My SS's Potenza RE760's don't do that.

Keep an ear for me; you'll hear me coming before you see me..... no mufflers!

Don't be dissin' Noblesville! Better check this out: http://www.forbes.com/home/2008/06/2...ealestate.html

Stimpster, there were alot of Vette's downtown tonight. I only saw 1 Trans Am, an LT1 vert. We need to coordinate an LS1 section downtown and start representing newer model cars. I like old muscle cars, but I think the younger crowd in Hamilton County would prefer 4th Gen F-Bodies. I know there are at least two other T/A's that go down there on a regular basis (a black WS6 and a black or dark blue Hawk).

I usually cruise through downtown once or twice a weekend....

If anyone on tech is interested in doing an ALL F-Body cruise around Indy, there is a thread that was just started and I think it would be pretty damn cool to follow through with this.
The guy hasn't said when or where, but maybe we could get some people to be up for this! What do you guys all think?
Post up in his thread if your intereted!

James

PS, Not "Thread Jacking" by any means... Just trying to help!

I drive by the Noblesville square thing usually, but there isn't any parking and they don't seem interested in people other than their old-car club.

We can start our own thing. See my other thread.
