For Packer fans!!!
I'm a Packer fan stuck here in Texas. I thought this was hilarious. Sorry if it's a repost.
God asks Peyton Manning first: 'What do you believe?'
Peyton thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, 'I believe
in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in
giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my fans.'
God can't help but see the essential goodness of Manning, and offers him
a seat to his left.
Then God turns to Tony Romo and says, 'What do you believe?'
Tony says, 'I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the
fundamentals of life. I, too, have been lucky, but win or lose; I've
always tried to be a true sportsman, both on and off the playing
fields.'
God is greatly moved by Tony's sincere eloquence, and he offers him a
seat to his right.
Finally, God turns to Brett Favre: 'And you, Brett, what do you
believe?'
Brett replies, 'I believe you're in my seat.'
Our Favre,
Who art in Lambeau,
Hallowed be thine arm.
The bowl will come,
It will be won.
In Phoenix as it is in Lambeau
And give us this Sunday,
Our weekly win.
And give us many touchdown passes.
But do not let others pass against us.
Lead us not into frustration,
But deliver us to the valley of the sun.
For thine is the MVP, the best of the NFC,
and the glory of the Cheese heads,
now and forever.
AMEN

I like the joke at the begining. I am a HUGE Browns fan, but also a Farve fan. My girlfriend is from Texas and a huge Cowboys fan. If the Cowboys face Greenbay in the NFC Championship game.. .well ... I may be single after that one ..lol.

our season is over yes... very true, however id rather have it over with sweeping the packers, as opposed to making the playoffs and getting routed in round 2. Keep your hopes high packer fans your demise is a few weeks away, what a bittersweet moment

Personally I would rather have "my" team in the playoffs than sweep division rival. It was painful to watch though. Every teams demise is a few weeks away anyway, that is unless you're the patriots!
