i will be trying to make it up to the frankfort s&s. this will be my first open house and can't wait. just warning yuou guys, my car sounds horrible right now. i was told it was my alternator, maybe one of you guys might be able to tell me some more when you hear it. its like a winding down sound after i give it gas.

if its an A4 becarefull, I have heard transmission fluid pumps sound like bad alternator to just have the tranny nuke a few days later

its been making the noise for close to a month now. brought toa mechanic down the street and he put a stethoscope to the alternator and said it was the problem. hopefully its not the trans. if i don't have the cash to replace my alternator right away i sure as hell don't have the money to fix a trans.

Car has no driveshaft right, but should be up and running in the next few days. There's this annoying noise my car is making(like grinding), so I'm just looking for the problem. The good thing is most of my parts are now new and I don't have to worry about them for a long time!

Meet up in Richmond I will be metting up with the leader of the richmond crew i have a 1995 trans am also a 1997 z28 a 1993 fox body and possiably a 1984 Grand national i would like to know who else will be meeting up at the richmond location? thx cant wait
