Indiana custom plate question

I ordered a custom plate for the first time. Put in and paid for it last year and they said it would be in during April. Anyone know around when and do they mail it or do I need to pick it up? I've already seen someone with one, just wondering when and how I go about getting mine.

Go to the BMV and ask. If they said april, you probably wouldn't get it until the end of april with the way the BMV operates.

Anyway, the plate should arrive by mail at some point this month. If you don't have it by the end of next week, I'd call the BMV and see what's up.

What do you expect? Indiana has the most choice of custom plates than any other state. Think its over 150 different styles of plates or something like that.

I've always had to go in and pick mine up. I get my Bike's in the mail but for some reason the SS needs to be picked up from the BMV.

i got mine mailed in jan. you have to go to the BMV and tell them you are going to do it, they will give you a paper tag to put on your car untill the new plates come in the mail. which will be 2 weeks or so

if you have a low number pull for a plate, you have to pick it up at the BMV.
