Surprisingly, the car didn't smell of mice when I opened the door to take a picture. It seems to be sealed up pretty well though.

Does Joe get his laptop for the cage match? If so my money's on Joe because A) he could wiki the five finger death punch and deploy the most deadly ninja move ever or B) he could simply over head smash Shawn with it.

Without the laptop its anybody's guess...a fight to the death!

I think we should make Joe and Shawn do a cage match for who goes down.
Julio Don? How could you not be awesome with a name like that!

Good deal, I was vacuuming out all kinds of Rodent fecal matter, 5 live mice, and countless amounts of nesting material from the 68' Firebird when we brought it home. Consider yourself lucky at this point.

Blake,

I told you alky is the ****. But noooo, no one wants to **** with the Julio. Hahaha. Don Julio is awesome, we always try to use his kit because in our opinion, it's heads and shoulders above the rest of 'em. Albeit, quality does come at a price.

Dude, I would love to LS1 the **** out of that camaro, but I haz no munniez.

that would be quite righteous but i'm afraid it would be stupid expensive. the body work alone would break the bank + suspension work + brakes + lsx dang that would get pricey

I'm with everyone else on the old Camaro, if it had more body than rust, it might have a chance, but I doubt anyone would pay much if anything for it in its current condition. I hope someone with some $ buys it and restores it though, as I love the classic Camaro's.

Sgt. Sled,

This is what I would do. If no one shows up...buy it, take all the dust off and sell it on ebay. I guarantee you someone would buy it for 1k...

If the Camaro was a '69 RS/SS I would definitely be jumping on that car if it didn't have all that rust. My next car is going to be a '69 RS/SS for sure and probably put a big big motor in the car. I've thought about buying one real soon but don't know what to do on whether to buy a house or buy a '69 RS/SS Camaro.

A few pictures of my progress...

Dig the alternator bracket. LS1 Wizard did it. Beautiful piece. The gap in the hotside piping is for a V-Band to make removal sane. V-bands will be here in a day or two. Drew, I still need your welder for a few more days...

Blake,

That's fine man. No biggie. Don't really think we need it over here right now. (We surprisingly do use it from time to time). The progress looks good man. That is a very swag alt. bracket. Would a C5 alt bracket work? I think they're close to the same position, yes?

Yea, but they didn't come with vent windows. HAHA.

Drew, I forgot completely about the SGT. Sled.

Also guys, the most money my father will be allowed to have from the auction is what the guy owes. Anything over that amount will have to go to storage renter.

Blake,

Lookin really good and you move fast. Wish I had to the time to move on my project like that. At this rate you'll be done before winter hits

By the way, I picked up a welding helmet last night and improved my welding ten fold. Its still not that great though
