Thanks for the compliments. I usually put an hour or two a night in it when I get home. I try and set a goal for one thing to complete each night, though waiting for parts changes that sometimes. My wife is a pretty understanding lady. ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
Drew,
The Vette bracket won't line up correctly. It's also higher I believe, but might still clear the hood. You would need a Vette crank pulley and tensioner if you went that route.
The LS1 Wizard bracket was 99 shipped. I can't get a crank pulley and stock bracket for that price!

An LS1/RX7 won't clear the hood with a fast intake and throttle body, as it's too tall (have to use a Holley). The C5 will clear it. Your hood has a little bit of bulge right in that area, across the top of the motor. It's not a lot, but you've got at least 1-1.5" more hood clearance there than we do.

And, I'm sorry I missed your call, what'd you need?

My heads are Vinci Racing stage 2.5s. I'm keeping them, though I doubt you'd want to pay for these if I were selling them. ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
I'd recommend Stage II heads from any of the good sponsors, with stainless valves, you can get great prices with spring and cam packages since you're starting at 0. I believe there is a local guy that does porting for a good price also, Joe can direct you his way. Regardless, I'll give you a call later.

Zach,
If you're seriously thinking about doing 5.3 heads, check TSP (I'm sure ben has already told you) for their heads/cam packages. They have really nice prices on them! But if you wanna wait a year, I'll have some CNC'ed LS6 heads for sale.

That setup is good for about 800 at the wheels. At that point, the stock fuel lines get to be too restrictive. Once larger fuel lines are installed, its good to over 1,000 at the wheels.

As a point of reference, I'm going to be running basically the same setup as Ben (hey, it works for him). Mototron 60# injectors, dual Walbro 255 lph in tank pumps (Hobbs switch at 4# kick for second pump) though I've got a boost referenced Mallory FPR and -10 AN (yes, massive overkill) lines front to rear, with a -6 return line. The lines will feed something like 1600 RWHP.
