A hand full of street races by June isn't attractive to me. The out of towners make things fun! I really don't think the street race season is foing to be great around here, HOPEFULLY I am wrong. I did it for 16 years, and I am sure I street raced more than anyone in Ft. Wayne during that time period. I don't miss it because it is not like it was. Maybe someday it will be good again. Can't do another summer of spending every weekend up at Halls to have 1 or 2 good races all summer!
Is Starfire the olds on a trailer that came out a coujple of years ago?
I want to see my old car, Mikes car, and Call 911 all go out and race on the street and track (no nitrous) and see the difference in outcome between track and street, it would be interesting! THese are three of the faster Ft. Wayne cars.
The South Bend Clutch crew didn't come down, did they?

German fest is a big expensive joke! I can't see people supporting this thing in this kind of economy. $20 to park, get in, get a brat and a side, and one beer. And be hot and sweaty with loud polks music...definately a sausagefest!

Was the s-10 an older gray one with slicks and a tall cowl hood in black primer? Word on the street is he sprays a 300 shot

Kurt and I already agreed to have at it again both before and after he changes a few things up. We only got to run through a couple of gears and it wasn't a full race when we did. It was another close run, but with the same outcome as with the Cobra

I picked up the interior and wiring harnesses for my new RX7 this weekend; I'm finishing the new fuel system and exhaust rework this week, and picking it up next weekend. Probably 2-3 weeks after that to get it put together and hammer out the tune on the new combination.
Then, I'd like to run Ben and the Cobra on and off spray (me, on and off spray). After some discussion with my nitrous guy, I think I'm going to hit it with 175 first, then roll up to the 225. I can't jet smaller then 175 with my kit, so...

25# is gonna be scary fast, do you think it will hook with that much boost? Have you changed out your stock pistons yet? I was under the impression that the ringlands were susceptible to cracking at that horsepower level/ boost level.
