Yup...doesn't necessarily take heads, cam, and a T-brake to run 10's in these cars. Maybe you should educate yourself a little more to prevent making ignorant statements about other people's rides.

a very long drawn out 12 bolt install. I bought it used (from a sponser, so i figured id be safe) but having grinding when i turn issues, so im taking it apart to see whats up. Took the carrier out (Eaton Posi), and did find some irregular wear on the inside of one of the carrier bearing caps...hant yet removed the bearings and replaced, (putting in a pool) but when i do, im praying to thje TA gods that im cured. i started the 10 bolt removal in may, shopped for the 12 bolt in June, and have installed ever since. maybe for X-mas, Santa will help me out. ugh. Really though, im just hopin that the carrier bearings getting replaced will do it, as i only have this grinding noise when i turn left or right,,,straight is AOK.....and i may get a few miles in this year. If not, its on to the pinion bearing.

Ya I remember you having that post and wondered if you ever got it resolved. At least you have a good platform to work off of with that 12 bolt instead of a 10 bolt like a lot of guys rebuild over and over. I'm sure it will work out for ya. It was a lot like my trans issues and switching over to the th400 which took me about 3 month after all my parts issues with that.
Also Steve I looked on the Burkhart site and is the master brake and linelock kit 350 for the whole thing? Also does it come with brake lines to splice out the abs block or do I need to fab those up? I'm selling a few parts off to hopefully pick your kit up in a month or two.

how much would that run on top of the $350? I don't really need the manual master but I need the line lock so I might as well knock it all out at the same time instead of piecing it together later.

I was wondering that as well. Brake line is relatively cheap and i have a decent bender and can get ahold of a reverse flare tool. I'll get back with ya on it after I get these extra drag radials sold and my 18" zo6 rims and tires sold. So if anyone is looking for chromed 18" -9" front and 10.5" back rims with tires on them for $500 just let me know. Rears need tires but cords are not showing in those tires.

I am pretty curious to know how many high 10 sec passes you've seen the white mustang run for you to "believe" in it's capabilities.
