Default Monster Converter

I just had a buddy have the Monster Pro-street converter(3200) installed in his car and it made one heck of a difference, he paid a little extra for a 2 year warranty but he was only out of $450 total. He only runs on the street with street tires. Has anyone heard of this type of converter? If so how good are they? I'm planning on buying one very soon.

I think thats the brand name.

FWIW, for $450 its probably junk. Converters are one of things where you get what you pay for.

Monster is just the name of the converter we all know 3200 is that the baddest out there? I will be choosing either a yank or vig for my car. Total street dd and never on the track, just want to eliminate the dead zone in the car( 20 mph - 40 mph).

Your one of the few over the years then.

Keep in mind guys that a cheap stall will work great untill your start to throw power at it....

COAN or Neal Chance all the way for me. If I had a 4l60E I would go YANK.

My then $500 or so COAN Nitrous stall saw a bunch of 300 shots and still works great. Ill upgrade or send it in to get some nicer parts for more power. Its a 3800 on the motor BTW.

LOL or just do a search under fuddle.

A lot of the threads are gone though.....

One guy a few months back still bought one even though when he asked about them he got pages of people telling him not to buy one.

i *only put 20k miles on the fuddle converter i had. just a few hundred passes. the funny thing is, my buddy's cammed, stalled, n2o mid 10 second car is only .01 quicker in the 60' than my heavier bolt-on car was haha same stall speed, his yank to my fuddle. i guess i was lucky.

what does his car weigh and what does your car run...fuddles slip to much on the top end...

I wanna see a fuddle do what my yank has done...CAM ONLY

glad you got a good one though

Fuddle, no longer a sponsor
Hi,

To let you know, Fuddle is no longer a sponsor on LS1tech due to issues with customer support.
