I would recommend being a Flight Engineer. I have friends in the AF that are Flight Engineers/Dedicated Crew Chief's and they love their jobs.

Yeah once they figure everything out I'm going to try to to get flight engineer.

do ATC thats what I do...as far as age limit there is none that I know of...the age requirement is on the civillian side of ATC aka FAA

If you're prior service, they subtract your time in service from your age to determine if you meet the requirement e.g. you're 35 with 5 years prior service, they consider you 30. I went from Army to Air Force. Let me know if you have questions.
