The contracting thing is a good gig if you can get it but don't let me be misleading. The opportunities are there but not overly abundant. To get one you need good experience. A four year enlistment without college as a TACP isn't going to guarantee you contractor success. Its a great careerfield but as all others, it's what YOU make it. You can have a horrible time, a mind spinning blast or anywhere in-between. If it is your choice and you are interested in contracting afterwards, the "Bro Network" is a great tool. Keep you name in high regards and it will help.
