and I'm sorry, but if his intent would have been to shoot at the police, he would have dropped 1 or 2 of them before they ever fired. every marine is a rifleman and is trained to KILL, and is much more disciplined and I'm sure a much better shot than these yahoos. for all he knew, anyone could have kicked his door in yelling police. you never know these days. anyone comes in my yard with a gun drawn, you bet your *** I am answering the door with my gun in hand ready to fire as well, until I see solid identification

WOW! This was done soooooo unprofessionally. I have a brother who is a cop and has been in the Army for the past 21 years. We watched this vid and he turned red (we're black) so that says how pissed he was. Then he said the "riffs" feel as tho they can do what they want and get away with it because they are "county" officials. This really pisses me the **** off! I have four boys and my brothers will be damn if this happened to me and visa versa. SMFH..... I am at lost for words right now. I completely agree with Swiat34. Kill they *** in front of their wife and kids........ This goes to show that our states, county, cities, and country are worth ****. His weapon was dropped and he made eye contact with the "riffs". First thing that should have been said was "DROP YOUR WEAPON" BUT NO... these ******** open fire. what if his son was behind him? WOW! The sad part is, they will find away to justify the shooting. The sheriffs always do... Think about this. How many incidents to we hear about the sheriffs and how long does the case stay open maybe at most 2 weeks.

Wow...i am at a loss for words on this...How the f does swat do that over a search NOT an arrest warrant and why use swat...
