apparantly my header bolts dont want to tighten anymore, so i figure the PRC LS6 heads from TSP are around $1000 now, so i would like to spend less than that. i could get the heads taken off and have the bolt holes tapped (header bolt holes are stipped apparently...dont get me started
) but that would be 500-600 atleast unless i take the heads off myself, but i dont want to basically waste that money and get no performance out of it..ya know?

I have been deployed a few times. My last deployment helped pay for my Camaro! I was looking at parts all day for my Z28 on the internet before I even had it! I'd rather stay insided when it is 120+ degrees outside. Thanks to the vendors that do offer discounts. I got a deal on my Vigilante converter, and Texas Speed helped out as well. Thanks to those guys!

Just now found this thread ..... wish I had found this about 2 years ago when I was building the motor for my car which is now owned by JMill96z (who is also in the military). The majority of the parts I bought were from TSP

Outstanding thread!! Now I know who's getting my $$. I'm leaving in about two months to go back to the sandbox. This will be my second tour. E7 with Army aviation instead of E5 infantry like the first time. Thanx to all the Sponsors who support us by saving us some $.
