The AF is usually very good about keeping husbands and wives togeather. Only problem comes for example, with two people in my detachement, one is of at ENJJPT at Shepard AFB and his fiance is back doing casual at the det. She just got DQed for being a fighter pilot. Her fiance can only really track fighters from ENJJPT so they could not physically be togeather if they have different airframes.
Beyond that the AF is good about keeping people with rings on their fingers togeather.

I was stationed in Greece and my wife and kids were stationed in the UK. I had to try to get orders here. I know it is easier for enlisted but I have seen a lot of Officer types that are split up.
BUT if one is a dentist and the other a lawyer im sure they will stay together almost every base out there have those positions.
You never know about whats gonna happen when its too late anyway.
