I'm out here going through the school house right now for an operator. Maybe we will be meeting up in bout 5 months when I finish. It's freakin cold here. I'm not used to it from being out in Hawaii the past 3 years.

Risner, What will it show in ROS? When did you re-enlist? I'm trying to see if it was a time thing or something like that. I re-enlisted in Sept.

its the special duty points.

it will also show in your composite score calculator.
again these just showed up a couple days ago. from loooking through the rank/mos section it looks like a lot of ppl got those points.. i hope the score isnt crazy high in Jan. as i am skimming by

Yep, not in either of my sections. I hope the cut off wasn't Aug or something cause that is going to suck. I should be first on the list and now I'm third.

No thats not the case man.
i looked for the Maradmin but dont have to patients right now,
Any first term Marine that is eligable to re-enlist in FY-08 could re-enlist early which we did. Then they came out and said the FY_08 Marines that re-enlist would get 60 points even thought this message came out after we re-enlisted we're included.. so, this is still effective, the dates dont matter.

when you lat move, you get promoted off of that intended MOS. so as soon as you sign the contract, you get considered for promotion for that MOS. not for the one you may still be doing. sometimes that can be good, sometimes, that can be bad.
