Yea when I was there almost 2 years ago we still ate inside the palace. They were building the huge chow hall when we left there. It was damn awesome still though. Only problem was the fact that you had to use the Iraqi net. Other then that a deployment at Prosperity would be AWESOME compared to where Im at now.

Well I'm in country, got here on the 17th. I'm on FOB Union III. I've made a couple embassy runs already and am supposed to make it to Prosperity in the next couple days. Had my first trip into the red zone which was just a quick jaunt from BIAP, not bad really.

I was at Balad from 04-05. Was a resort back then. From what I hear though it has calmed down a whole lot since then and is no longer mortared multiple times per day. This time round I was oh so lucky to be stationed at Camp Ramadi. But now I live in an IP station in the city and it is a lot better.

Na man its me TSgt Gonzales, I was at Osan last year from Aug 06-07. Seagraves is my screen name cause I Am from Seagraves, TX. I remember talking to you at the shop (sweat factory) about your Z. I remember Duncans crazy ***...Tell him Sgt G said whats up!! Well take care I will be at Ali base till July.
