About not having too many fans: Well, some might not exactly "show their love", but they must have respected you. One thing I learned in my time was you cannot be everyone's buddy and an effective leader at the same time. Sometimes, decisions are not popular but must be done for the mission.

Congrats man, and good job on the Levitow (sp?) I was pushed through right before i left on this 8 month deployment and honestly had fun in ALS. Did ALOT of those 5 weeks, kinda was like the ole Minot & Osan days

Congrats! I've tried getting in the past 3 classes but it always fills up with people who have line numbers. My 5 year TIS is in April so I am behind the power curve. Now I have orders to Osan, which will probably delay my ALS class even more (even though Osan has an ALS).

 

One thing I have yet to find on my LES: "FRIENDS"

Airmen Leadership School, its a month long course we take before we can become a NCO

The Levitow award is the highest award you can get at the class.

 

Haha been a member on that site for a while, I just ignore the people who think they're tough ****.

 

They've killed a few threads there I've posted on; they don't like it when you tell the truth about the site after they've bashed the hell out of newcomers.
