I know this is about promotions in the Army, but the actual TIS for USAF for a E-3 to E-4 is 36 months

there was a master out in cali that was jacking a 130 and wasn't paying attention and made it fall on its as* for bringing the nose up to far forward and he got demoted to E-4 for causing so much damage. True Story.
