Idk what he was thinking. On those tires and a non prepped street. For that power he should be tubed. AWD owned him.

He seemed very confident in his car and called me out, but when I answered "sure" he had a look on his face as if to say "damn" lol. I guess with a car like that he's used to people ducking him. I figured if I could get off the line well enough, I just might be able to induce the typical RWD panic and get him to go to the floor with the loud pedal

worked like a charm

we had a nice chat afterwards and both agreed that we'd have to do it again when it warms up and he has some vht down. I like winning a race, but not like that, it's kind of a hollow victory if the other guy can't stay in it.

Yea seriously. I'm surprised the guy had the ***** to even bring it out on an un-prepped street.

Reminds me of the race with that Turbo Formula that laid strips for 200-300 feet. Sick

I'm sooooo tired of seeing all these imports talk about how fast they are. I will give respect to you when you can make 600 to the wheels w/o FI. Until then I will stay true to my V8 roots... That evo rolled out quick though, I'll give it that.

In a sence he did get beat, but not really. Who knows what the outcome would have been if he would have hooked and went str8.
