I'm not sure how much money they will give you but I hope you will never let that person ever drive your car again. Those seatbelts are there for a reason, I'm glad you're ok.

sometimes believe it or not being ejected out of the car is a life saver. There a lot of things inside a car flying around and crushing in - there more room out than there is in.

Glad to hear youre ok

Ya it was a mistake i made and im paying for it now . I realize your true friends come out when a situation like this happens bc the person who was driving which i though was a good friend ended up running once he found me.

Glad you'r ok bud, I'm a truck driver and have seen many, many bad and fatal crashes all I can SUGGEST is to please buckle up, they DO save lives and reduce the risk of injury. F**k the car and your buddy those are both replaceable, your life is not. (Good friends are not replaceable) but sounds like that individual was really not your friend.

that's almost as bad as the wreck i was in back in '98 where we totaled a 89 K3500, a boat, and an Oldsmobile. Long story short we ended upside down in the median, trailer still attached, the boat several hundred feet down the side of the road, and the olds wrapped around a light pole. glad to hear you weren't hurt badly.
BTW you should get 7-9k from the insurance company.
and, unless you claim injury, you'll only get paid the current retail value of the car

Damn Steve. I can't believe this. My crash and now yours. Too many f-body's getting wrecked around here lately. Who was driving????

Glad your OK man. **** sucks because you have a lot of money into that car with the 408 and all.

You need to see how much insurance will give you and it may pay off to buy the car back and part the car out. You have a lot of money in there with the 408, 9", and everything else.

GL Bro, keep me posted!!

My guess would be private party/good condition from kbb or nada. Unless you previosuly had gone out off the way to get the car appraised by the insurance company in the past for a higher value it'll probaly be difficult to get them to agree to more.

Take it easy
