Then I imagine you're gonna build a full track monster, right? What job do you have at 20 years of age that allows you to fully prepare such a car?

The 350Z is not a "status" car. Don't know who would say that.

Our cars are good at different things, one is just more exhilarating than the other.
Link me a video of a 1000+ rwhp Supra running 11's. Way to shrug them off so easily. Your squinting comment would backfire, especially if you're one of those punks that likes to do numerous highway pulls from a roll.

and LOL @ selling your car for $5500.

Since I clearly don't understand you, and your intelligence is beyond comprehension, please... explain yourself. What are your intentions in this thread?

Btw, what is this "Punisher Racing?" Any affiliation with "Watchmen Racing?" What about "Batman Racing?"

I consider the 350Z a POS too, so what's your point? Take some curves, son. Let's see the car REALLY perform.
At least both Japanese and Europeans have this right.

The thing about the HR/VHR motors. They hold a lot more than the DE's. The HRs began in 07, so they're still young.

Oh, and here ya go.

Quite a few of these are streeted.
As requested and voted on, here is the new drag list.
You may notice that there are some folks missing from these lists. It is because I have no tranny information for these people, so if it is your time or you know the details, please let me know so I can adjust accordingly. As always, let me know if there are errors or omissions.

The drivers of the top 10 cars in each category are in bold

This is LS1tech.com, a forum for all LSX vehicles, not a camaro specific forum.
I hope you're not implying that the Z33 has ANYTHING on a C5Z or a base C6...

Personally, I think the early Z33's are kind of weak in most respects.
I like the Z34's though, when their aftermarket grows and the used ones drop in price I'll probably pick one up.

Also, here's a list of the quickest LSX cars in 2008 alone. Not overall, but the quickest times of '08.

I'm a big Vette fan, don't worry.

The early Z33's ARE weak. The DE motor can be built into a strong powerplant, but it's pricey to get there. The newer HR motor in the 07+ 350Z already has much stronger internals from the factory, as does the VHR in the Z34. So far, there are quite a few daily driven, reliable, 500+ rwhp HRs, but as far as I'm concerned, nobody has stepped up to completely build an HR. Maybe Doug or someone else can correct me on this. If in fact no one has, I'm hoping Sound Performance or Injected hop on that. Hell, I'd love to see what can become of the Z34.

I've been keeping an eye on GTM's progress with the VHR.
Unfortunately, their TT build thread on my350z seems to have died.

why the **** would i take some curves in my car/cars that i build intended to drag race... doesnt make a lot of since does it...
i have a bike for that ****... although i still dont care for it.. i like straight line speed.. everything else is for the birds..

i know... cars on this forum cant go fast in a straight line and on curves, right?

go pick on some of these boys in the corner... try to stay within range of tail lights...
https://ls1tech.com/forums/corvette-performance-27/

streeted, really.. whats your definition of that again?

GTM is an awesome shop. I completely forgot about their build. I'll do some checking and see what's up.

Good to see some level-headed people here. Restores my faith.

Compare the 2 Seater at the 1320 and the Road Course Against a C5 then!!!!

There are plenty of NA c5s in the 10's and even 9's!!!

Check out Robz running a 9.98 @ 137mph with 4.10s cam, Heads, and STOCK Bottom END!!!!

Btw i bet he gets about 26mpg on the highway on 91 octane.

Go race him around the Road course with your turd!!! BTW it is a TRACK Monster!!!
Might even make you put some Ricer TRACKS in your SHorts!!

As for options i believe a Cadillac CTSV has all of those options with 4 doors (G8 as well). they can haul more **** and still nock the hell out of a 350Z stock to Stock. So your gf is screwed with a Full Bagger 2 seat GoldWing with 4 wheels.

1. The rims look like **** any way you slice it, expensive or not
2. 350z's are nice vehicles
3. Drag racing doesn't = Red neck
4. Red necks don't wear backwards hats, the brow is bent into a large upside down U shape as documented when I went to the Atlanta Nascar race
5. My wife beats my red neck *** while wearing her hat backwards
6. 5 is not true, however evidence is there for the other 4

Just speaking my mind.
They just are not cool like good ol' american muscle. At the car meets hardly anybody goes to look at the 350-370Z crowd. They usually park on the last row away from everyone else. Nobody cares for a hot rod Nissan - not even the GT-R. IMO. The GT-R looks like an old mans car. Fast but not cool like a Camaro/TA/Vette. Even the "race" trucks get more attention than that crowd.
