Works both ways.
Cheap, fast, reliable.

Pick two.

And about the 3.8 thing. I know about 50 racers over at E-Town that would disagree with you. And blow youre doors off at the same time.
And BTW, My LT1 Vette runs 13's bone stock.
I never said the couldn't be fast. I said they sound like **** and are overpriced. NOT slow.

And of course I am unhappy with the performance of my car. That's why people mod their cars. If I get my way I would like to not have to worry about the short comings of the gen 1 and the shittiness of the lt1.

I tried making it a clean as spike-z’s third gen but fell a little sort on the underbody detail. I got a few more pictures somewhere….I ended up using a fraction of a painless harness and molded the 92 factory harness in with it to retain all of my factory gauges. The wiring was the most time consuming and building a y-pipe that would tuck up under the car.

A T76 on a 3.8 would be more than enough to push it into the 10's.
he put down 338rwhp and 463ft/lbs with the car holding a static 8* timing on 9psi. and only running to 5500rpm. he shifts that thing at 7500rpm. next time he hits the dyno, he's popping the cork. gonna try 28psi.

You car is so perfect though man , I wouldnt change stuff up . Just add the 91-92 side skirts and rear bumper and call it a day , for real . The next logical step , I think anyways ...would be further upgrading over the chrome OEM's wheels to a CCW ect. type wheel . My person pick for a 3 gen would be CCW classics 18x10 up front and a 18x12 out back with a 345 drag radial

Man , those are 2 gorgeous 3rd gens . What color Blue is that ? ...never seen Quazar pop like that , haha .

Damn you people Im to far into my 4th gen build to start with something else , but all these awesome cars are just making a 3rd gen irresistable . Hmmm , maybe I can find a cheap 85-87 L69 or LB9 5-speed Iroc to just daily drive ....hmmm .

Thanks! The car is painted Admiral Blue (same as a 96 Grandsport Corvette) It used to be white w/ a red interior.

I agree, looks a bit different on a Camaro. I was thinking I might add a hockey stripe later, we will see.

The 87-89 Trans am/Trans am GTA door panels are really sweet for being OEM and they do come in black as well . These werent in the formulas or base firebirds or any 90-92 .
