One of the sickest videos I have seen. That fly by with your car and the Viper sounded amazing.

Haha, thanks man, I'll pass it on! The guys on the bridge said it sounded like a Jet, 3 very unique sounds, blown V10, blown V8, and a ZX10 at 14,000RPM.

Killer cars. What mods do the vette has besides the nitrous. That alone is not going to let him hang with you like that

That's it really, CAI, nitrous (125 shot), and exhaust, makes about 550RWHP. He is a good 600lbs lighter than me and I was down 2-3 psi that night which puts me right around 650-680RWHP.

The SS was actually Rally Red, it's very clean though!

EDIT: Here's his car with my wheels on it for giggles. (I couldn't make this car show in my car so we figured put them on his!)

I guess you can figure in the weight advantage for the vette will equal out the hp difference makes sense.

What did your TA weigh stock. Adding that supercharger and its components really add 4-500lbs????

3450 and change stock. Yea, supercharger setup is about 70lbs, cage 80lbs, rearend another 80lb difference, meth kid 40lbs, anti-roll bar 30lbs, then all my other misc. suspension/safety crap (PHR, LCA's, SFC's etc.). Gotta remember, 3966 is raceweight, which includes me (175lbs) and my helmet, lol.

First run against the Vette, I spun BAD, second run not so bad, but you can tell when I hooked.

Great vid. Bro you sir have a FINE T/A, one of the nicest I've seen. And 770 through an auto is no joke. It shows that you really don't need the F1C like some of these guys use. The D1 seems to make MORE then enough power.

I'm pretty satisfied with the D1, it's maxing my motor out by going anymore so the setup is staying.

What's funny is I've followed the LSX game for several years and didn't know you could do a 396 stroker. But I would assume if you WERE to upgrade it would be to an f1c blower over the d1? How well has your 4l60e held up with this set up? It's not often I see somebody keep the 4l and make big power. They've usually switched to a th350/400 by now.

If I upgrade, which I probably will in a couple of years, I'd like to do an LSX 414 or something with a F1R or maybe a big single turbo.

The 4L60E is holding up pretty well, although I don't know how. It is built to the hilt minus 5 pinion planetaries. It doesn't go to the track much though, maybe 15 passes total, lots were test/tune 1/8 mile stuff. When it lets go I'll just build another.

Cool. Thanks for the sharing your thoughts. A lot of people tend to keep things to themselves.

Whats the name of your forum and where are you all located at? Sounds like you have some real heavy hitters there.

Wow, I didnt realize how much all those extra parts added weight wise. God, I wonder how much a GT500 is with all the extras you have(other then the S/C for obvious reasons). Or even a new Camaro.
