Anyone else out there care to share vids of their mid 220's-low 230's duration cams? I could use a new ring tone

Good luck to you on procuring some leads for tuning other cars.
Have it tuned at Baker Engineering in Nunica/Spring lake. www.bakerengineeringinc.com They are a sponsor on here too.

Your cam has 10 degrees of overlap, very very close to the same amount as mine My idle is set to 900 rpm and with the cut out open it sounds like a drag car haha. Throw that cutout on and it will wake things up, too bad they sound like **** driving around and rattle the hell out of everything in the car. Believe it or not I have my car dialed in to idle as smoothly as possible, flow matched injectors, dialed in over/under speed spark tables, open loop speed density tuning, 15.2 AFR (most crisp), proper timing, raised idle rpm and proper base running airflow.

Back from the dead, whats the specs on the cam in the vid?

Wow, I'm in the process of doing almost the same exact thing. Just with a TR 220. 113lsa. Sounds great I can't wait!!!!!

EPS cam 234/246 .602/.606 114+3

Really close to XE-R specs with subtle differences, lift is less too.

.006 - .050 = 49*

.050 - .200 = 80*

Amazing what you can find when you properly use the search button!

Sounds KILLER man!! What are the specs of that cam?

Who tuned it for you? I'm in SE Michigan. Won't be ready for a while, but I'm just wondering who did your tune.

I've got the 113+2 LSA.
Put 3.750" PR's in at first (set @ .088" preload) with the LS7 lifters and wasn't happy with the harmonics.... just recently put in a set of Manley 4.00" PR's (.113" preload) and it's quieted down a bit, but still not to stock levels, but not very noticeable.

226/234 .598/.601 113+2 EPS cam.

Tuned by Geoff at EPS via mail order. I wanted good driveability first and foremost since this is my DD. I know there's still some power left on the table just by nature of the mail order method, but she drives smooth without any issues. I'd rather be slightly down on power and not have to deal with bucking/surging/stalling. Who better to tune the car than Geoff @EPS who designed the lobes and spec'd it as well as experience tuning that cam in person on a dyno. Geoff is a top notch guy and runs a top notch performance shop. Once I get some more mods i'll get a dyno tune.

Dude, you sure you have your pushrod lengths correct? Those are mighty short.
