the low profile wing just doesn't go with the styling and although I think this is a tad bit too big it looks better and its staying

yea, with no wing or the low profile one it just looks weird. i mean i've seen nice cars that have it like that but its just not for me. thanks for the support!

Cool little car. Im not a fan of the wing either, but to each his own.

The speedo on the Cobalt goes higher than your Camaro! Lol

Exactly what I'm thinking about doing! I'm looking at getting a 2010 SS in Summit White and the WS6 can remain a nice summer car. I kinda feel bad having to put the cobalt thru the long Canadian winters. But its either that or the WS6......

I have been pondering the idea of getting one of those in a couple of years as a DD, when the used price drops on them a bit. They seem like very capable little FWD cars, the only one worth having IMHO. I got the chance the chance to sit in one at the LA auto show and they are damned decent cars, comfy seats too.

i think GM did a good job on the Cobalt SS's. The wing is a bit much but it fits with those cars. I like the HHR SS's too for some reason. Sharp lookin' little rides. If i was in need of a smaller DD i would get one of the 2

Get them while you can. 2010 is probably going to be the last year for the Cobalt.

And westtexasbuff I'm not sure for the 08+ Turbo SS's but I had a 2006 SS/Supercharged with all the bells and whistles(Stage 2, Full Bolt Ons) and I got around 26 mpg city and as high as 35 interstate.

With all my mods I can still get 32+ MPG and I have a bit heavier vehicle. Not bad for a vehicle that does 14.1 @ 106.02 MPH in the 1/4 GM did done good.

Yeah I've always loved 4cyl F/I rockets. I just wish they'd make a few that were RWD

thanks for all the positive comments guys!

she gets really good gas mileage, about 20 in town and like 31 on the highway; it all depends on how i'm driving. she definitely gets up and goes and i'm sure with some mods i wouldn't notice the turbo lag but for a DD she is perfect. the seats are comfortable and the interior is really nice. only thing i don't like is that they don't come with power seats, so thats a little annoying. i love the gauge, it has everything from boost, digital mph, g forces, cam angle, air/fuel ratio; it comes in handy with future mods.
